SALOME JORDANIA 49 A passionate interpreter of contemporary music, she has collaborated with John Corigliano (debut at Lincoln Center), Jennifer Higdon, Gabriela Lena Frank, and Martin Matalon. She has received more than thirty international prizes, including top awards at the José Iturbi International Piano Competition, Wideman International Piano Competition, Chopin National Competition in Tbilisi, International Keyboard Institute and Festival in New York, and Étoiles du Piano Competition. She is also recipient of the Georges Cziffra Award in Vienna, the Serena Neville Prize from the Musicians’ Company in London, was a finalist of the Classeek Ambassador Programme, and was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Georgia (2025). Salome studied at The Juilliard School and Yale School of Music, receiving the Charles S. Miller Prize and Yale Alumni Prize, and completed the Artist Diploma at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London under Ronan O’Hora as a Steinway & Sons scholar. A versatile soloist, chamber musician, and collaborator, she regularly performs internationally. She has toured the UK with bassist Strahinja Mitrović and performs with her Amsterdam-based trio The Graces, with appearances on Dutch television and radio including Podium Klassiek and NPO Klassiek. She has also served as jury member at an international piano competition in Ukraine and was featured on ARTE in a documentary about her artistic life, political activism, and background.
